Eligibility

• Window: 14 days from delivery to request a return.
• Condition: unused, in original packaging.
• Exceptions: opened hygiene items, custom blends, or perishable goods may be non‑returnable.

How to Start a Return

1. Email returns@ra-planet.com with your order number.
2. Receive authorization and instructions.
3. Ship items with tracking; keep your receipt.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receipt. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
