How do I place an order?
Add what you like to the cart and go to the checkout. When you place the order we send you a confirmation by email and then write to you about delivery and payment. We usually reply within one working day.
How can I pay?
You pay by instant bank transfer after you place the order: MIA for Moldova and RoPay for Romania. The email we send with your order has a "How to pay" box with everything you need. Delivery & Payment
Where is my order?
When your parcel is sent we email you its tracking number. You can also see your orders in your account.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver in Moldova and in Romania. The carrier for each place is on the Delivery & Payment page.
How much does delivery cost and when is it free?

How long does it take?
In-stock items leave within 1–3 working days after payment. Made-to-order items take 5–7 working days more; the lead time is on the product page.
